One unit is "week 31", which is the first week in August, and then two units the following week. The first week, the unit has an ocean view from the balcony. The second week, the units are set further back.

Annual maintenance is $615/unit/week. Asking $1,000 per week, or $2,500 for all three weeks. Each week sells for $2,000 or more on-line.
Title will be conveyed by Warranty Deed. No title insurance is included, but it is available for an additional fee. Payment by PayPal or bank check. It typically takes 3-4 weeks to record the deed, and get it forwarded to you.

Since timeshare weeks are considered real estate in Florida, we also make the state-mandated disclosure that the sellers are Florida licensed real estate brokers. However, we are selling our own units, and not as a broker for a third party.
